What User likes about Simply Scoops:
We were in port burwell for 4 days and came here 5 times, needless to say, we loved it! Seriously had the best selection of ice cream, soft serve, frozen yogurt, and other delicious treats. If you are in the area it is well worth the visit. Also a kiddie cone gets you two decently sized scoops, in my opinion the perfect amount of ice cream. View all feedback.

What Mary K doesn't like about Simply Scoops:
We spent almost $30 on pizza rolls and a family size French fries. One family in front of us and the wait was still 25 mins. When we did get the food it was was over cooked. I asked the staff if they think they over cooked it and they said no that's how they cook it. No help or empathy. So I don't really like the fact they didn't even apologize or try to fix it.
