Beware. The Chandelier Restaurant is under construction. Several friends took me out attached Broadway Diner (same family owners) for my birthday. After leaving, I had numerous screws and nails in all four tires. The manager wasn't sensitive. Actually, he was very mean and blamed it on the construction workers that he hired.
