Very nice little place to get the best rolls in town! Everything is fresh and you can taste it. We went back 4 days in a row since we tried it the first time while working in the area. More impressively, the prices are just ridiculously low for the quality and presentation of the food. Can't wait to bring my kids, the love a good, tasty, fresh roll. Totally recommend! read more.

This restaurant is among the best in Bayside and is represented in the category Sushi, and based on the average rating of 4.4, River Japanese Cuisine has so far greatly satisfied its visitors.

I ate more than I could and almost died. Don't do it. Consider stopping when you're full. The food was high quality and delicious. Nice friendly atmosphere.

I'm here more than once. All you can eat is the way to go. I'll be back in the future.

"Place was very trendy. Excellent service and the food was tasty. I'm not sure though I would return because it was very pricey. Two slices 6.50-8.50 each and a parm platter $18. Two sodas. 6.75 about $40 total for basically two grandma slices and a pasta platter. Anywhere else. $20 tops. It was an experience, which I did because I saw nonnas on the food network or on Instagram or something. Enjoy the experience. Bring your wallet. You won't see me there though, after all it's just pizza at the end of the day."
