"We went for a coffee and ended up having soup too. The service was polite and friendly. The soup was also very palatable. They have plans to upgrade the chairs and tables soon to nice wooden ones as it currently feels like a food hall with plastic ones. This will be a pleasant change. Would definitely go back."

"To get a table at Marumo you have to wait. It was well worth it. We enjoyed every course that was delicately layed before us. Each dish was explained, well presented and very tasty. We would love to return to sample the autumn menu."

"This has got to be my favourite cafe in Perth hands down. Amazing coffee, friendly staff and the best sweets! My favourite is the pandan oreo muffin. They do really cool flavours, (salted duck egg, yuzu, pandan donuts which I am yet still to try! . I also come here for my chill scrambled eggs fix (only place that makes it spicy ."
