I was lucky to have the oncle eat out of the food truck in the middle of the week. man, I had a Waynes world moment.! now I have smoked meat on my menu that my customer likes and I think is pretty crashing hot! Tossed between a 3 and a 4 star. For the price, these arent worth it. $15 for a Rockabilly Lamb burger, I had next to no mint sauce. And for the price I paid, I would have expected a better quality bun. My husband ordered the Beef burger and had more coleslaw than meet. While the meet in both burgers was tasty, the rest of the burger should be too. I am happy to support local but would like value for my money. View all feedback.
