What User likes about Mcdonald's:
We went in the morning and seriously the morning shift ladies there was so sweet and their customer service was amazing! They greeted us when we came in. When we asked for a water cup, they gave us a big one. When we got our smoothies, they were upstairs. The food was warm! We were very satisfied with our experience there! Food: 5/5 View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
I ordered 10 pieces of Nugget meal in the drive thru, my drink was wrong, she didn't give me the sauce I ordered or some sauce. The Nuggets and Pommes were cold. I was on my way to work and could not go back to correct my order. I was very disappointed. Food: 1/5 View all feedback.
Arrived home to eat my grilled chicken club and lo and behold there was no grilled chicken in my sandwich!! Went back and manager made a new sandwich...
They are the slowest and most unorganized McDonalds in all of Baytown. Avoid it at all costs, save your time and go to the one in Garth and Baker.
