I visited nara thai, almost every week for years, and by changes of 3 chefs. after the 2nd boil left, the aromen were not so good and they began to cut tofu in large pieces that were never completely boiled. the tofu was hot, but too soft in the middle for my lust, considering that it was not tanned. since the auberginen basil tofu was my favourite dish, I stopped asking for several to cut the tofu into smaller piece... Nice staff, great food. I had the eggplant and tofu dish, served with jasmine rice. I got level 4 out of 5 and wow it was great.
