What Doris Telford doesn't like about Piccolo Cantina Bay:
Friendly service, however our waitress forgot the sides I ordered, and we were still charged for it. (My husband didn't notice I hadn't gotten it and paid the bill that charged us for it). Food was pretty mediocre and bland, but maybe that's because I'm from Southern California and am used to authentic Mexican. Haven't found good Mexican in NY since we moved here, but I'll keep trying.
