"Went in with my toddler and couldn’t find a clean high chair. Politely asked the manager if she could wipe one down for me. She responded with “we’re very understaffed but fine” when she came back she rudely told us to take our food. I politely asked for a refund because I changed my mind and was shocked by her rudeness. She rolled her eyes and said “really?” Then proceeded to tell me about how understaffed and busy they are. I told her I understood- as I also spent time working in restaurants. She said i didn’t understand I was lucky to even be served. She continued to go on about how busy they were and basically she doesn’t have to be nice to customers. We paid credit but she made a mistake and just threw our cash on the counter. Shocking behaviour from a manager."

"The mac and cheese is to die for. Absolutely delicious, the drinks are made well (strong). The main courses were amazing as well. We had the fish and chips and the fish tacos. My only complaint is that we waited 1hr and 30mins for our main courses to come out. It was apparently caused by the kitchen staff being trained by the chef as all of their kitchen staff was new. Regardless. I would percent come back and indulge."
