Have been going here for many years about once every 5”-6 weeks. Usually with anywhere from 5 to eight friends. Always sat together always asked and got separate checks. Until a couple of days ago. There were seven of us. They informed us that we could not do separate checks and there would b a 20% gratuity. I explained that we always come here and always had separate checks. I took 35 people there and everyone absolutely loved their meal. They were very accommodating and efficient, especially our waitress Alicia.

"I cannot say enough great things about this place. I hired Michael’s Catering to cater my wedding. Michael and Samantha were super friendly, very professional and on point! They had an open line of communication with me for the 6 months leading up to the event, and always responded in a timely manner with any questions or concerns I had.The food, OMG! Everything was incredible. The appetizers were delicious the entrées were flavorful and sooooo good. All of my guests were blown away! I would HIGHLY recommend Michael’s Catering to anyone who is looking to have an event catered, or anyone in the Twinsburg area that is craving a sandwich, check them out! "The pizza we ordered was delicious and a good size for two. Only reason I gave four stars is that they were a little pricey in my opinion. Not enough to deter me from going here but noticeable enough to mention. The staff was amazing though. Our waitress was super sweet, friendly and made sure our waters never went empty. Atmosphere was p cool. If I lived here I?d come back regularly. Pictured is their Margherita pizza in the small size."
