"The quality of the food is never an issue. The biggest issue I have is the time it takes to receive my order. I have tried to even order ahead and it seems no matter what time there is always an additional 10 minutes added onto it. I think if they had proper staff during peak business hours that might be cut completely out of the equation."

"I can’t believe this restaurant even calls themselves a Chick-fil-A! I have never received such horrible service. I can’t believe that was humiliated and talked down to and screamed at by M. and employee that called herself a manager. Her name was ERIS I feel that if Chick-fil-A serve the food they should stick by their standard if something is wrong with the food they should refund it but even with the receipt you don’t get your food checked, you don’t get it refunded and you get talk down to so stay away stay away stay away horrible, horrible horrible place horrible place!…"

"Have been dining at Mystic Fish since '99 and can never remember not being quite pleased with the experience until last evening!!! We had out of town guests who themselves dined here frequently prior to relocating out of state. Mystic Fish was one of their favorites and they specifically asked if we would reserve a table there when they were visiting!! Well it wasn 't what they recalled nor was it what we expected. The service was fine (Tim) albeit a bit slow due to kitchen backup. The apps were delicious (lobster escargot and crab stuffed artichoke hearts) but the mains were an issue. Three had their favorite hogfish but it was definitely not to their liking. Two of the three left more than half on their plate and when the server noticed it he queried them and they explained it wasn 't what they recalled or expected given past experience. Tim asked the manager (Brian) to stop by and that 's when the real issue began!!! As an aside neither of us had ever seen nor met Brian in the past! When he arrived it was quite noticeable he had an attitude. We tried to explain why we didn 't care for the dish but he became annoyed and arrogant. He was informed that we were just trying to offer input on the dish after Tim and he asked about it BUT, it was clear Brian didn 't want to hear it. He eventually walked off in a huff after announcing he would remove the cost from the bill! Not what we wanted we were more than willing to pay. All four of us were quite taken aback by his insolence and vowed not to return!!! There is no instance where a manger, especially one in a restaurant like Mystic Fish, should behave with such impudence especially to four octogenarians who have dined at that establishment frequently over the years!!!! It goes without saying we won 't return!!!!!"
