Barb’s Butchery - Beacon

My girlfriend and I love Barb’s. The people that work here are always so nice and helpful. I’ve been making stews every week with their meats and bone broth and they’re by far the best stews I’ve ever made given the quality of their products. I also love their tallow balm. I’m already thinking about the biscuits and gravy I’m going to order tomorrow morning. I just absolutely love this place. I’ve never personally met Barb, but that photo of her on the magazine hanging up in the shop has my partner and I thinking she’s got to be a total badass! Good selection of meats and sausages. I went for the breakfast sausage which is really hard to find in the area and it was great..I'll definitely go back and try some of the other varieties and get some more of the breakfast sausage. There were no samples like the other reviews mention but it is during a pandemic and I'm happy they were even open. The guy who served me was very friendly.

Today I took my elderly mother to this restaurant for the first time. I ordered the pig's belly and ended up trying much more, including the delicious sausage. The meat was incredibly fresh and the staff was friendly. One of the girls even helped me get my mother out of the car. I highly recommend this place.

This is the top butcher shop in the Hudson Valley. They offer high-quality, grass-fed meat such as beef, lamb, poultry, and pork. They also have a selection of house-made sausages that will impress even the most seasoned grill masters. If that's not enough, try one of their brisket tacos or go for a filet mignon taco. No matter what you choose, you're in for a delicious experience at Budsky's.

This Beacon restaurant is one of my go-to spots. They offer hot dogs for children (no added nitrates) and KFC chicken sausage for parents. They also sell potato beans/rolls and fresh baguettes. The BLT from the prepared menu with Pommes on the side is out of this world.
