"The decoration of this restaurant is very special, the owner used a lot of nostalgic items to decorate. The atmosphere is great. But the quality of the food is very average. The seafood chowder we ordered was very watery, not thick at all. We also ordered BBQ chicken nachos with no chicken on it, just very little cheese and a small amount of BBQ sauce, and the nachos were not crispy or even a little soft. The rest of the food was bland and not hot. If you are looking for the atmosphere, this is a restaurant worth trying, but for the food, I think it needs to be reconsidered."

"We were two nights. The rooms are small but very comfortable, especially if you know that the place is over 100 years old. Management was helpful and very accommodating. The restaurant offers great service for breakfast and dinner. Food and menu were excellent."

"Being a chain food restaurant the food is in keeping with other Pizza Delight restaurants, however, their decor is nicer than others I have been to and the service is excellent which all renders the dinning experience more enjoyable."

"We went here in late June. The concept when you are in there is a little odd. It sort of works like a fast food place rather than a traditional sit down restaurant. Most of the food is, unfortunately, deep friend but the quality is good. The lobster was properly prepared and the fried clams were well done and with a very large portion. The kids menu was also excellent.While the place is very rustic, the service is quick and friendly. Prices are a little on the high side, especially for lobster, but as Shediac gets no tourism outside of the summer, I can forgive them for the need to make hay while the sun shines, especially with the quality. The only thing I wish is that they might consider non-deep friend options. Steamed clams would have been a nice choice on the menu, for example."

"Had a club sandwich with Fritten. It had a simple salad and a thin yellow-red tomatoes; not large compared to some of the last meals shown on Tripadvisor. We were there during a quiet time. Prices were very high for the quality of food."
