We love 1014 the customer service is always A1. We order for everything out of all our orders we’ve only had 1 mishap and they quickly fixed the issue. Went above and beyond and we are always back for more. Not only do the items taste great and look great but the service is great and that’s what’s most important to my family. View all feedback.

The owner and I talked on the phone and exchanged several texts to achieve the perfect cake 2 weeks before my daughters birthday. I texted her 2 days before to confirm pick up and price. She never responded to 3 text messages over the course of 2 days. My daughter now doesn't have a cake for her 13th birthday. Extremely unprofessional. Beware of ordering from this company!
