Customer service was good. The shakes are fun to customize and worth the $6. We ordered 1 small coconut/blue Oreo/coffee ice cream with brownie pieces and fudge topping shake. You could really taste the coconut in this one. We also ordered 1 small coffee/amaretto ice cream with Heath/Snickers pieces and caramel topping with whipped cream shake. What Sam S doesn't like about Marble Slab Creamery:
Pretty bad experience. They open at 11:00am. We got there at 11:45am and hardly none of the ice cream was even out. The slab wasn't even cold to where it seemed like it was doing nothing but melting the ice cream. Then the lady continues to scoop the liquidy mess into a waffle cone where it immediately started dropping from all the cracks in the cone. It was great! I love that you get to choose your toppings. I got a green mente and chocolate. It was $8 and that is a little expenses. But over all I loved it.

Really good ice cream. The young man serving and dishing was most pleasant. If you don't come for the ice cream come see how great a personality this server has. I loved the cool mint and dark chocolate served in a chocolate dipped waffle cone in a dish
They have the benefit of being the best place in Beaumont to get ice cream, but man are they pricey. The staff overall is friendly and helpful but like any business, you have some bad employees, which I've encountered throughout all the times I've gone there. Overall the ice cream is great, but be ready to shell out a pretty penny for it, it's worth it, though.
