Had the brisket plate and the brisket was outrages bro! Nicely smoked with no hint of the excelerent that was used to start the cooking process. Fat was trimmed off,which is a big plus for me, and the meat was juicy but not to soft. Burnt ends with a nice portion that came with a great price! Homemade sides to go with! View all feedback.
