"Discover this restaurant by chance on La Fourchette (La Fourchette), booking on the app and confirmation by phone the next morning by the restaurant. Even if the menu is contained with some entries, dishes, desserts and two menus, the kitchen is excellent. No photo of the entrance that was a Cannelloni of ham Serrano, red pepper mousse with Espelette pepper, Salad Mesclun. The ham and the delicately lifted foam have come together well. The chef's suggestion was a Duck Magret with apples and salad. Excellent rusty cook, the sauce was excellent. To finish with a freshness, the Cream is burned with green lemon.
