"We had a booking at 8pm, but front of house seated guests before us with later reservation times so we were left standing in a hallway for half an hour. Finally we were sat at a table next to the bar and they allowed 15 women either on a hen party or a reunion not the bar right near our table. I couldn't even hear what the waitress was saying. We order our food and an expensive bottle of red. Our food came.... but no wine. Our waitress seemed more interested in talking to the table next to us and serving beer and wine by the glass. Another 20 minutes later they brought us our wine. The food and the wine was good but the service was dreadful and unfortunately ruined the whole experience."
