I have never had a bad experience ordering out or in person. The wait can feel long when eating in, but I go with friends and order drinks. If it seems it's taking a long time 1) note how busy they are 2) You can ask a server. I have been eating here/ordering out for over 5 years. Came to try this place for lunch with my kids. We got boba tea from the place next door before entering and we were told we had to leave our (fresh full) ice tea outside of our table area.
