Honestly? A bit disappointed. I had the deluxe shoyu ramen, and the broth and tare was excellent. The ramen noodles were not bad, but not stellar. The chashu was dry and really over seasoned...I look forward to bites of chashu as a sort of break from the broth, and this stuff was pure salt bomb, all pork flavor soaked out the day before.
