A real classic german diner with a lot of delicious home-cooked meals at a fair price. My favourite is the black angus steak for 14 bucks. Generous...

Very good food, very good price. Friendly staff. Absolutely recommended.

Have enjoyed carp to go today. Very delicious. Even after transport still super crispy. Recommended.

"I was expecting much more with all the rave reviews. The service is great, we made a reservation luckily! The schnitzel was ok, not one of the best I had, and the shpatzle was quite bland. The pork loin and rump steak in mushroom sauce...was ok, meat wasn't very tender, sauce was good. Their home brew was tasty. I definitely wouldn't have chosen this had I known..."

"For a few years I have always been happy to come to the Palace of Citizens. Just in the warm season, the garden invites you. I find it nice that since the acquisition of the Blank family, Ansbacher Bratwürste are also offered. Ms. Pope and the other service staff are always very nice and friendly and the small menu offers joy for all days. I am more common in Nuremberg and like to eat at Bratwurst House.
