"The quality of products they use and the care they put in to cooking really comes out in every dish. I was craving a Schnitzel and usually don't eat pork because it can have a strong taste, but as the meat is locally sourced and...some produce organic, I gave it a shot. Absolutely clean tasting and delicious. AND the Spätzle was the best me and my friend ever had!!!! The texture was light, fluffy, delicate and cheeeeeesy. The beer was really great and ever member of the staff really friendly. Just a great overall dining experience. If you like digestives (Schnapps) try the one from Bock beer."

"For a few years I have always been happy to come to the Palace of Citizens. Just in the warm season, the garden invites you. I find it nice that since the acquisition of the Blank family, Ansbacher Bratwürste are also offered. Ms. Pope and the other service staff are always very nice and friendly and the small menu offers joy for all days. I am more common in Nuremberg and like to eat at Bratwurst House. These sausages should also be guided by the sidewalk and avoid the past grilled goods from the supermarket. The cakes are excellent! Always friendly and always attentive under full load. The food The Nurembergs are upgradeable. Way from the supermarket!!! I like the Ambience Garden and Stube very good cleanliness Without mistakes and trembling!"

"This review is for their restaurant only. I didn't stay at their hotel. It's a solid Franconian restaurant in Ansbach. Like many other establishments in Germany, this restaurant is family-owned and operated. Service is excellent. Menu is quite extensive from appetizers to main course meals. Franconian dishes tend to be very hearty like American comfort foods. If you don't like/eat pork, your options will be limited. Vegetarian options area somewhat limited. Price is quite reasonable for the serving size. Bon Appétit!"
