Anytime I travel, I always look for a Panera Bread. I have stopped at countless different locations on the east coast. I have not visited any location as clean and well managed as our location here in Beckley, WV. The staff is friendly and always remembers/greets the regulars. It is a shame to pay for items that are not included in your bag at the drive through. They put tape at the top to close the bag, my mistake for not checking. They made extra profit today. View all feedback.
