"We were 6 in the evening we visited this restaurant, and we all agreed that the restaurant deserves 4 stars. the owner and the cook was very friendly and his enthusiasm for cooking was clear from the beginning. when it comes to preparing food, there is no problem for him, just challenge. this leads to original decoration, where not only taste is important, but also look. for example, we had an salate (side dish,) which not only tasted like autumn, but also looked so. for beginners he surprised us with a delicious vegan cheese plate. These vegan cheeses are not yet on the menu because they are still being developed, but it shows its interest in new cooking options. looking for new ones also means that they sometimes find that they somehow miss something. the ravioli could use a bit more bit more bit and maybe an extra taste. but instead of serving the obligatory cheese soufflé. we also want to mention that this young restaurant is constantly expanding its sustainability. for example: hardly any food is thrown away, but it is used again. old brot is used as crumbs, rest of a apple are made in a sauce. so on. many products are bought at a local farm and if possible organic products are purchased."
