"I’ve been going here usually on Sundays for lunch as I like A&W food. The food is ok but never hot. The issue is how filthy the place is. Even though there was no one in there every table was dirty, the garbage was over flowing and the condiment table was disgusting. The young person at the cash was more interested in talking with the other staff than cleaning the place. Makes me wonder what the rest of the place looks like. Will not return and will try other places!"

"My fish sandwich was one of poorest I've had. I was only customer there. Fish was dried out and very chewy. Very disappointed as I was hungry and antissapating a good sandwich. It times like that makes it easy to drive past to another place to eat next time."

"Tims app offered big points to buy an item. Waited in line but I was going to pay with credit , but that was not allowed had to move and pay at other spot but register was not working. So had to move again back to first register and pay in cash and wanted to get that point deal but the scanner did not work and lost out on those big pointsLacking in good equipment and caused a back up. ????"

"Husband ordered the Big Mac, it was the smallest burgers he has ever seen, more like a slider, but not as thick. I ordered a McLobster that I look forward to having when I go down East every summer. At this restaurant they shred up the lobster, mix it with too much mayo & celery & top it with green onions. At a McD's in Sydney the do it up right--chunks of lobster with a small amt. of mayo--that is it. We will return to that McD again."
