I called for 7 people in complicated order. the customer service on the phone was very friendly, well listened, repeated the order back to check it was correct, and gave an accurate estimate for when to collect it. on the collection everything was ready and packed really well (no paper sticking to food as I had elsewhere). and once at home, eating was perfect. exactly what I ordered, big portions and really delicious...
