"Service was quick. Prices not bad. Place was clean and well lit. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch with a smoothie. Smoothie is very good. Sandwich was visually not appealing. Sandwich had more lettuce. 1 piece of bacon had very little chicken. First time trying it. Will not be back."

"Lovely little cafe in Westford center. The staff were very friendly and the muffins tasted fresh. My husband and I got lemon blueberry muffins and they were very tasty. "Whenever we dine here it is a wonderful experience. Nick, the owner takes pride in his restaurant and walks around to the tables to say hello and asks how everything is going with our server and food. Alan was our waiter again, and as always, he is beyond excellent. Alan always makes wonderful recommendations and the timing of our food is always right on. Highly recommend Teresa's Prime for an above and beyond dining experience."
