What Doug H likes about The Crystal Room:
My sweet bride and I ate here for our first wedded meal and it was amazing. Our server Steve was great, very friendly and helpful. The pictures on the walls were a very nice touch, showing visitors to the springs in the past. The little side dining rooms looked very cozy! View all feedback.

What Cindy L doesn't like about The Crystal Room:
I can only speak for breakfast. Came here in Dec 2022. I had the breakfast sandwich. It was just so-so. It came with fried seasoned potatoes which were terrible. They were soggy and a little undercooked and surely made perhaps the day before and reheated. And EVERYTHING is ultra expensive. The sandwich cost $16 and one coffee $7. "My wife and I moved to Cumberland recently. We were desperate for Korean and/ or Japanese cuisine. We stumbled on Ginger's by accident. What a fortunate accident! Their food is delicious and not overpriced. The restaurant was clean and well lit. The lady serving us was very nice. She took our orders quickly and our food arrived fresh and hot. Their bulgogi, bento box, sushi, and kimchi was spot on. And I was born in Korea so you can take my word that it's excellent. I am so thankful for Ginger's being in this area. I highly recommend Ginger's to families, couples, anyone who wants great Korean and Japanese cuisine.
