Wow, do I love everything about KDC! Recently I visited Nova Scotia as part of a promotional travel tour of the Maritimes.

Something new just opened yesterday in the neighborhood, the space is freshly renovated with a take-away shop in the front and a kitchen in the back.

"We have had wonderful meals at the restaurant before Covid. Tonight, we ordered a take and bake lasagna. To our surprise, this lasagna was the first takeout meal that our three guests and I felt is better than our own homemade lasagna. The lasagna was...al dente, just the right texture. There was a generous amount of exceptional, flavourful, provolone and ricotta cheeses and just the right amount of meat. The Béchamel .sauce was superb. Who knew gourmet takeout could be excellent and reasonably priced."

"The food was good, although the charcuterie meat was so thin it almost had no taste. Everything else was good. The ambience, pictures on the wall were duplicated, was a little dated. The wait staff was excellent!"
