"Pastries ordered were warmed without asking. Never seen a place warm up a scone nor any pastry before, EVER. Would of NOT liked them warmed but didn’t notice til we sat down. Had an iced coffee and was asked room for cream and like any other coffee house you put your own cream as to how dark or light you want it but was surprised that they added it for me. On plus side: waitstaff person was friendly. And why is there a sad looking Beta fish tank in a coffee shop? Was a little odd and somewhat gross. Don’t get me started on a wooden cross on their window..little off-putting. Think I’ll find other places to get my coffee."

"We visited North Hero House in 2017 and since then new management has assumed ownership. They have done an excellent job making thoughtful investments to improve certain things that, frankly, needed some attention. The result is a truly enjoyable Inn that we will definitely return to. A special word should be mentioned about how friendly, courteous and kind the staff is; these are very nice people!Rooms: Rooms are small but have been recently refurbished. Small but very comfortable. Brand new bathrooms with rain head showers were a definite ‘plus’.Nearby activities: With a beautiful lake at your doorstep and French Canada just down the street, this is a perfect “off-the-beaten path” vacation for people looking to decompress and relax.Food drinks: The food has always been basic New England fare and it has only gotten better since we were last here five years ago. The freshness of the vegetables is especially noteworthy."

"While we were on the PTO and one of our adventure riots, we were past Angelos. My wife suggested we stop for lunch. I'm so glad we made it! I love French Onion Soup, and that was by far one of the best made and tasting I had in a long time. Prices seemed a bit high until our meals came. Given the portion sizes, they were much more reasonable than you would expect! Customer service was exceptional and unforgettable! I can only say that was just an Aventure Ride, but you will probably be planned for the next year sometime and this Angelo will be a planned stop!"
