"From the beginning to the end, The Palace has been absolutely phenomenal to work with. We knew immediately from our tour with Richard that this was the venue we’d be getting married in, as he was personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. My planner, Antonia, answered all of my questions for the last two years with patience and promptness, and was extremely supportive. When I met my maître d’, Josh, I absolutely knew we were in good hands. He reassured me with how detail oriented and meticulous he was with his timeline and organization. Not once did he seem annoyed or upset at me for my anxious brain, and kept me calm and centered. A huge unfortunate event occurred during my wedding day in which my husband and three of his groomsmen got into a serious car accident on the way to the venue that left the car completely totaled and two of my groomsmen to be brought to the hospital. By some miracle, they made it to the ceremony and Josh was able to work with his team to push the wedding back by only 10 minutes. He constantly asked me for what I needed, and was there every step of the way with the bridal attendant, Anahi. We had fresh fruits, charcuterie, drinks, and hot foods replenished all throughout the day while getting ready. When bumps occurred along the road, Josh quickly resolved them. He truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us. Not only did Josh pack us extra entrees to go and upgrade our lighting, he surprised us with a creme brûlée and cannoli station during the Viennese hour! He also gave my MOG an extra side of whipped parsnips that she was craving, and offered an extra meal for my groomsmen who were in the accident out of the kindness of his heart. It meant so much to us to hear how dedicated him and his team were to ensuring that our guests were taken care of. Everything was impeccable from start to finish with the Palace, that my husband and I both felt like weren’t just “clients” they served but almost like family. I wish I could get married all over again here, and we are truly joyful to have had our wedding here with The Palace."

"Big Pinks BBQ is a STAR! Without hesitation and with all the kindness , they fullfied my very specifc order with no issues! Plus, when I asked for something they couldnt provide, they gave me an intelligent alternative. Beyond the excellent service, the food was VERY GOOD, succulent and tasty! 10/10 reccomend!"

"For years, this place has been delivering irresistible banh mi flavors, with jalapeño spice, on fresh, crunchy bread that compels me to finish every bite. The sandwiches are piled with herbs that provides flavor and coolness that trips every part of the palate. The indoor seating is a basic sit down affair there's no wait staff here. My mother and I waited nearly twenty minutes for our sandwiches on a Friday around 2 PM, so calling ahead may be to your favor."

"I wish I had taken a photo of my food because I was honestly blown away. These are some of the best French fries I have had in a long time. They would be perfect with malt vinegar. I have had a ham and cheese with the works, turkey and cheese with the works, and a tuna sandwich with the works and they are just delicious. Great portion sizes, super fresh, and a great temperature. I have ordered pickup twice and the staff are very kind, and the establishment is very clean. I look forward to trying more things, but I am definitely getting fries every time."

"My husband and I were looking for a good taco place near by. I hate leaving bad reviews. We came around 6 pm and it wasn't busy. We were so hungry and looking forward to some good food. We ordered tacos and a salad, can't have gluten. We assumed that we would have a nice good salad and tacos. Both of our lettuce was wilted and the guacamole was brownish, didn't even eat it and tomatoes were soggy. For spending over $15 per plate they didn't have an answer to why the food wasn't fresh, I know they just work there and it's not their fault. I don't know how often they switch the food but I've been to plenty of chipotle style restaurants and their food is fresh. The place was clean and the staff was courteous though. They did end up making us some fresh guacamole and brand new chicken, even the employee agreed the food didn't look fresh and he did apologize.
