tables under a porch with a stream at 2m, eaten mushrooms (carpaccio and mushroom tris) spectacular! service not very fast. very recommended.

"This restaurant is on the main market (locals call it Merca ' street of BorgoTaro but is a little tough to find. It is at the far end and down a set of stairs into, what was at one time, a cantina. Once inside, the restaurant is very accommodating and pleasantly decorated. The food here is delicious. It is primarily local produce and the menu is made up of whatever the chef has bought that day. The pasta is always fresh and the local wine provides great refreshment. They also serve pizzas which are light and tasty. I would always recommend this restaurant. I 'll be back that 's for sure. "This is the best restaurant in Bardi by far and also dor quite some distance. The ambience is lovely, the decor very beautiful and the food is a notch above all the other trattorias in the area. The staff are helpful and attentive. The external seating is also lovely so it’s hard to choose whether to sit inside or outside, if you do sit outside you have amazing views of the castle…and all very reasonably priced for homemade food and pasta."
