"Servers are nice though a little overbooked. For the kitchen, in the entrance, I took the pears pie, carrot velvety and beet houmous, it's interesting to have dishes in which more is, all delicious! for the dish, I chose the calf, crumble of turnips and crushed potatoes and panais. there still dishes in and all very good. Finally, as a dessert, I opted for the classic but excellent milk chocolate marrow. Overall, it was very varied and good."

"This busy little hotel perched in a lovely village above the Tarn is an ideal place to take a break. We love walking out into the hills after a long drive from the north. The rooms are compact but spotlessly clean and well furnished. And the restaurant never fails to please from our opening lunchtime salade campagnard, through delicious dinner and simple breakfast. The staff are a delight and the service is excellent. What more could one ask!"

"Found by chance, in search of a shaded place for our lunch break, this little crêperie was a nice discovery! Very pleasant terrace in the quiet of a small place of Florac, reception and service very friendly by the owner of the original and delicious places and cakes. Don’t hesitate to stop!"
