"We visited Boone this morning and decided to try a local spot for breakfast. Service time was pretty slow. My food was underwhelming and dry. The price is pretty steep for the service and flavor of the food. Not a terrible meal, but not as good as I expected. Really-like a 3.5 of 5."

"1. Got to make a reservation. We tried to go to COBO a year ago on a weekend ski trip but it was too busy, this time we made a reservation and came in right on time and they had our table ready. Alex introduced himself as our server and quickly got our drinks and apps. Alex was absolutley fantastic as a server, knowledgeable of the menu with great recommendations. Our friend who came with us went to APP State and has COBO as his favorite sushi in NC and Alex did not let us down as they shared stories of their love of COBO and the history they have with it. Highly recommend COBO and if you can ask for Alex as your server."
