Good service. There are so many Mexican restaurants so it is difficult to find one that you are back.. This is a place that will definitely get my business every time I'm in town View all feedback.
What Mary Considine doesn't like about El Charro:
I thought it was okay. Nothing special. Right away we ran into trouble when I ordered a beer and was told that they don't sell alcohol. No beer with my texmex? The taco plate was pretty good, I enjoyed it. My daughter didn't eat very much of her quesadilla plate. She said the guacamole was very bland and watery. Then later in the evening she experienced stomach trouble. So our overall experience was a negative one. I... View all feedback.
The restaurant has comfortable seating and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I ordered the #3 dish which was delicious and served in less than 10 minutes. The fresh tortillas added to the meal. Overall, we had a great experience at this restaurant. I would rate it a 9 out of 10. Well done!
I only tried the breakfast tacos at this restaurant, but they were larger and cheaper compared to other taquerias. It was a bit crowded outside, so it took around 5 minutes for the waitress to come to our table. However, once we placed our order, she returned with our food in just 1 minute. The tacos were delicious!

This is the best taco place in town that offers affordable prices.
Very disappointed. The place is often busy and reccomend, but have been let down 2 times now. 1st time was from drive through, my friend ordered a plate and recieved refried beans as both sides. Second time was recently. Ate in with my s.o. and waited a while for service. There was no other customers in the front seating area. A young woman finally come with menus and takes our drink order. After taking additional time to order we noticed we were not given chips and salsa. We thought it was odd, but since we 've never been, we assumed they must not do that. It wasn 't until another couple sat in that we saw they were served, then ours were brought out right before our food. My bf had to request his sides as they were not brought out. The beans were good, the bacon in them was unexpected but still good. The rice didn 't look so fresh, but I still enjoyed it, but my bf thought it had no flavor. I liked my enchiladas just fine, but my bf didnt liked the sauce. It was my crispy taco that ruined the plate. The meat was so greasy yet had no flavor, the shell was so soggy that it tore, all the lettuce was left in the enchiladas sauce. Overall underwhelmed with my food. However, My BF food was delicious. He ordered a fajita bowl with beef, chicken, shrimp and sausage. It tasted really good but it was pretty spicy. Both if us sat a while waiting for our drinks to be refilled, but our waitress didn 't come. Another woman had helped us, a thank you to her. He finished eating, stored his leftovers, and I left to sit in the car as he paid. While he was at the registers, our original waitress walked right by him to ask if we had left without paying. Honestly, that bothered us the most, she clearly paid no attention to us, even though there were only two tables in the front. There 's a chance we might go back one day, simply for the fajitas and maybe it will be a different experience, but the poor service we got that night, and the dissapoing plate brought this down.
