For someone who 'd be happy to eat breakfast three times a day, the house smoked salmon with eggs hollandaise is a lunchtime treat. And I should have guessed, but just found out, that Mel makes all her sauces, dressings and 'juses ' from first principles I had to wait a couple of extra minutes because she was whipping up a new batch of hollandaise.
