Ron is back!! Revamped mood and appearance of the room. Open Tuesday through Saturday. Extensive menu, with prime rib on Friday, full bar with special cocktails. Service is so much improved and wait staff dressed appropriately. The food is well prepared and served. Don't miss the table side Bananas Foster. Come on back for a great meal in a great restaurant! What Bob W doesn't like about Silverado Steak House:
Piss poor!!! This place was severely overpriced. It had no idea how to be a restaurant. I ordered a medium ribeye steak and Cajun broiled shrimp. What I got was a very rare steak with 4 grilled shrimp that cost 8 bucks. The shrimp tasted like a charred flip flop. The server didn't know the difference between white and red Zinfandel.
