We had a great four nights at this hotel located .I could not speak more highly about this hotel! My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights and were greeted with some of the best customer service. Not only did our host upgrade our room but he also provided some incredible food recommendations! I will definitely. stay here again! View all feedback. What Mukesh C doesn't like about Star:
We stayed in hotel on 17th Jan 2019 and found that Behaviour of hotel manager (reception counter) with customers was rudely. he didn't know how to behave with customers. house keeping was very poor. In rooms toilets was very dirty and Almiraha having heap of dust and waste polythene.in bathroom geyser was not working.when we ask to manager about this he reply that they have shortage to manpower.
