"Horrible experience here! Don’t go, we came expecting to have a nice family lunch with drinks and ended up leave before we had anything. As a group of 11 we weren’t allowed to join tables to sit as a family, we weren’t allowed to put extra chats at the table either and kept getting told it’s managements rules. The place was empty and we weren’t blocking any walkways, so I don’t get this. Next our beers were served but we weren’t allowed to drink them out of the bottles, and neither were we given beer mugs, instead they provided up steel cups which were so dirty, and when we asked for the cups to be changed once again they refused. Not sure why this place has no concept of customer service nor of how to treat people in general. We ourselves run restaurants back home and for us customer is king, definitely not here. Don’t come back it’s left a terrible taste in our mouths for sure and left a bad impression on us for Indonesian hospitality. This is not on."

"I visited the cloud lounge for their wonderful selection of drinks, beautiful ambiente and great hospitality. I found out that their churros are very good and I decided to try for myself. I'm elated to have their churros because it was good. cloud is one of the most luxurious and state-of-the-art dachbars in jakarta with stunning views of the city. decor looks good. the tables are quite pricy wih a minimum expenditure. service was great and the staff was helpful. overall beautiful place to start in the evening at a weekend the city view from above was absolutely wonderful! I could see the notorious stau, but it looked great up. the best time to come around 18.30 clock when the sun sets, then the city lights begin to illuminate in the night for a night view. breathtaking view! the ambiente was cozy, with leather sofas that was perfect for me and my friends. the staff was friendly enough. I had a glass house red wine, a thin crust pizza (backed) and feeling cheeky, I had dessert too delicious. they were all happy! concerning dessert, it was something I could not forget, like the taste of tiramisu, melted in my mouth, so heavenly taste. I'm back at the tiramisu! cool and nice bars to sit and chat. it comes with indoor n outdoors, but I choose outside to avoid too much smoke. music was ok and entertaining, but some drinks not available. try it!"

"Finally tried this place today, it is not far from my place in Jakarta. Vegetarian burger great flavour. Wouldn't allow me to make changes to add cheese to the burger though, which I found strange... Mac and cheese not very good. Floury almost. Sweet potato fries could have done with more cooking. All in all, not upset at it. Will probably order again, but not in a hurry."
