The service was good, however that was the only positive aspect. My friend and I both ordered burgers but unfortunately ended up with food poisoning. I used to love Wendy's, but after this experience I don't think I can eat there again. View all feedback.
Not as good as they use, cold frits slow service while driving through the track, chili earlier be the best! now quarter pieces hamburger don't taste so good. the kitchen seems unorganized. everything was better than older women worked there.
Moved to the area last week and after 2 drive-thru experiences, the fries are not hot like their huge signs specifies, never got a napkin or ketchup packet even after I asked so I’m clear I’d much rather prepare and enjoy my own cooking at home than waste my money and caloric intake on lackluster service and products. Thanks!
Poor and rude service. They advertise open until 10pm but you will not get any help past 9:00, happened to me several times.
Staff needs training. They have no Idea what they are doing.. My coworker and myself had a terrible experience....The one guy at the register wasn't terrible. It was the rest of the staff and the food we received that made it a terrible experience...
The service is always slow. There is no fast in this fast food. It does not matter if there are two cars infront of me or zero. I constantly have to ask for fries to be extra hot and I get attitude from the staff when I send them back because they are cold. Your commercial indicate that the fries will be HOT and crispy. You may want to put your advertisement money into employee development as it is a waste having a commercial that does not deliver on expectations.
