"An excellent place to have a romantic lunch or dinner with an outstanding view surrounded with water. The Chinese food is good and they have varieties of seafood as well. An excellent place for a first date."

"Top quality meat for steaks. Binge variety potatoes. Belgian standard fries. Good sauces.Pro live band. excellent. Nice open air restaurant with tables well separated for decent privacy. Mayonnaise is not traditional however but that's understandable for food safety reasons n ppl being allergic to crude eggs. Would be great to have fresh green pepper in the pepper sauce. That would make it a true authentic à la diable sauce experience There was a fantastic rum shot delicately perfumed with natural vanilla at the end.. Definitely to try again."

"During our stay at the Ravenala Attitude Hotel, we encountered a mixed experience. The staff members were notably friendly and accommodating. However, we were quite disappointed with the condition of our room, as it appeared to be quite old and in need of renovation. Additionally, we decided to try two of the hotel's restaurants, but unfortunately, our dining experiences were far from satisfactory. Despite all the restaurants being fully booked, the quality of the food left much to be desired. On our first night, we opted for the buffet, which offered a wide variety of dishes. However, we found that the taste of the entire menu was rather bland, lacking in flavor. Particularly disappointing was our visit to Madam Ming, the Asian cuisine restaurant, where we had chosen to celebrate my birthday. The Tom Yum soup and Pad Thai were both unappetizing and did not resemble authentic Thai cuisine in the slightest. I had eagerly anticipated a memorable and enjoyable weekend getaway at Ravenala, but unfortunately, it did not live up to my expectations. While the rooms were spacious, they were desperately in need of renovation. Moreover, the hotel's numerous restaurants seemed to be understaffed, leading to delays in replenishing buffet items and, in some instances, items not being restocked at all. Overall, our experience was undeniably disappointing, and as a result, I will not consider staying at Ravenala Attitude Hotel again in the future."

"Great location; one of the best seaside spot in Mauritius. Nicolas, the general manager is always there to welcome you. Warm and helpful hotel staff. The buffets are well supplied and the food is very good. Great boutique hotel."

"Simply one of the best restaurants west side of mauritius, food was 10/10 taste freshness, atmosphere was cosy a lovely setting for dinner, we discovered this on one if our last nights otherwise we would have been there again for more. I even ordered another dish after having my first because the food was that great. And yes the spice is as they say it, if you like spicy food you'll be very happy with choosing spicy or hot as we were."
