What 304desid doesn't like about Cafe 31:
The service at this restaurant is absolutely terrible. The staff are completely disorganized and incompetent. If you want to ruin your day, then this is the place to go. View all feedback. What Tom L likes about Cafe 31:
I had a great experience at this restaurant, with good coffee and a tasty slice of lemon-ginger loaf. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant. If I lived in Belfast, I would definitely become a regular customer. Just a heads up, they only accept cash payments. View all feedback.

Bright airy and spacious. Some nice artworks on display and shelves of books. Limited menu not badly priced. Not much for coeliacs. Staff friendly.
