I recently had a disappointing experience at Journey Thru restaurant. One of the dishes I ordered was slightly watery but overall okay, while the other was overly fatty. The total time spent there was 45 minutes. The next day, I tried the Club Orange which was warm and tasted more like watered-down foam with a hint of orange.
