Mcdonald's - Belfast

Shore Road, Belfast: I had an excellent experience with top-notch service. The fresh, hot fries and quarter cheeseburger were delicious. I want to give a special shoutout to my coworker, Jordan, for her amazing personality, friendly smiles, kindness, and helpfulness. I really enjoyed sitting down to eat instead of having to eat in my car!

The service was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly helpful, even though they were quite busy.

The food was good and the service was efficient. I would have rated it five stars, but there was a problem with the delivery drivers congregating at the entrance, making it very crowded. I overheard some customers driving through the parking lot mentioning they would go to another McDonald's to avoid the long wait. They really need to consider asking the drivers to stay in their cars or move to another part of the parking lot, or they risk losing more customers. Additionally, people with children had to ask the drivers to move aside to get through, as they were blocking the entrance.

Find it hard to use discount card when nobody is on the till. Ordering is done on the screens. Would of went to drive through but as this is a very busy store the que was very long. (Great for business though).

Tasty but forgot the condiments and really missed ketchup with my fries so otherwise would have been a 5 star review
