As a non cook (I generally do the washing up! , my wife dragged me along I was delighted with everything. Great atmosphere, Niall was great at explaining everything, and the ingredients terrific. We made our own bernaise and pepper sauces which we ate for lunch with delicious steaks. It all added up to really enjoyable experience. View all feedback.

Read the other reviews of this standard. It’s filthy. You’ll get a dirty glass. I watched bar staff take glasses from the dirty tray to load in the dishwasher and rinse them and use for cocktails. If short staffed it should not affect hygiene. Especially with the cost in the bar. If you’ve any sense you’ll avoid. I’ll never be back to any bar within the complex. They’re clearly all dirty.
