A delicious Japanese restaurant whose portions are more than generous! A nice staff who promises to spend a pleasant time on site.

I ordered via the internet for an order to take, the order was ready in time, I didn't have to wait. The sushi and makis were great! well cooked rice and good q...

Delicious meals, pleasant and very practical staff. Small dish the freshness of salad and rice (no taste). Good table.

Very good fresh sushi prepared in front of us with a lot of choice, respect for schedules, very friendly welcome. I recommend!

"I have been to the Bistrot des Moines at least a dozen of time. I take friends and co-workers regularly when they come to Belfort. Never been disappointed. Great choice of draft and bottled beers (belgium, ale, lager) and food is always good especially the meat that you cook on the hot plate. The place isn't big and gets packed quickly at nights, it's good idea to make a reservation if you plan to dine in.Staff speak some English and would help you with your orders, and would come regularly to check if you are in need of anything. What could be better? Beer prices may be a little bit high, over 6 euros a pint, but I guess this is a crazy world we are living in, shame on you if you don't earn enough, don't blame the prices.... Another point, if you don't seat at the dinning area it would not be possible to eat as food is only served in the dinning area. The food menu hasn't been updated in a while, mussels and the meat you cook on the stone are the best choices, it would be fun to have maybe once or twice a week a special menu, Tuesday Tacos, Wednesday Wings...just throwing ideas if management is reading.Marking as very good otherwise it would have been excellent. Definitely worth visiting if you are in town and looking for a French bistro with pub atmosphere."
