We were lucky enough to find Red Bread on our first day in Belgrade, Serbia. As vegetarians who love cafe beverages, brunches, and sandwiches, it was immediately obvious to us that we'd be coming back again and again. The menu is enormous, but thoughtfully assembled. So many delicious choices! My husband had their breakfast quesadilla which came in a soft tortilla shell, with mild cheese, a few aromatic greens, and perfectly cooked scrambled eggs. He reported it was the best breakfast quesadilla he ever had, and I, who normally doesn't care for them, also loved it! My order of scrambled eggs with spinach was paired with perfectly toasted triangles of sundried tomato bread. A fantastic start to the morning! The star beverage of the day was their hot ginger lemonade, made with freshly ground ginger. I'm dreaming of it as I write this review. English speaking service was warm and welcoming. Wifi super fast. Seating comfortable, and music relaxing without being distracting. Cannot recommend this cafe more highly, especially if you're looking for vegetarian food in Belgrade (items are clearly marked on the menu).
I've been to Belgrade for two days and RedBread was the only place I went to. Wonderful service very sweet and respectful waiters. Food is delicious and the place offers great variety. I'm not sure about vegan options but there are multiple vegetarian dishes. Nice atmosphere as well!
This place used to be my fav when I was vegetarian. Their sandwiches are AWESOME. Now I can only order salads or soup but they always give me bread, which is vegan and so much AWESOME. I never forget to go there when I have a foreign friend who visit me because this is one of the places to BE when you visit Belgrade. It's really pleasant if you just want to get a drink, they make fresh juices and versions of lemonade which are really good and natural. Since it's non-smoking and they have great music I like to hang out there drinking my lemonade really slowly so I can stay for hours.
