Excellent experience, gosh I am so bad with name, but a young lady I think she said Stephanie, was very pleasant, patient and made me feel welcome and actually ensured that my order was correct. I'm visiting a lot of ice salons and this is one of the best I've mentioned this to her and she hit the Rewards program, and it makes sense and works for me.
