no very smooth operation. One-person operation with long line (20min waiting) on a juni mid-week hot afternoon. vegan choice not marked. has vegan pistachios, ananas, lemon, mango and maybe 2-3 others. no chocolate taste. icecream is pretty sweet, would not buy again. there are half dozen ice cream parlors in bellagio. the one closer to the ferry (1min walk from this shop) also has some vegan choices.
