I 'm sorry to give the lowest rating but once I booked 2 pizzas for 7.45pm and during the phone call I realized that the girl I presume not Italian hadn 't understood well and I carefully repeated the order and the time with which I would go to collect the pizzas and I had him repeat the timetable with the pizzas and my name.
